Billa Joints is a producer, guitarist, and musical director based in Toronto, Canada. A graduate of Montreal's McGill University and Boston's New England Conservatory of Music, Billa Joints studied jazz performance and other genres extensively before branching out into music production in 2011. His production resume spans multiple genres including hip-hop, jazz, pop, indie rock, and latin with artists such as Hollywood Anderson, Gaël, Kyle Bent, Topaz Jones, and J. Hoard.

Production work aside, Billa Joints is an experienced bandleader and musical director. Between 2018 and 2020, he was an active member in New York City's music scene, performing at venues such as Arlene's Grocery, Nublu, and Rockwood Music Hall. In 2019, Billa Joints launched THE WORD, a bi-weekly jam session in Brooklyn that brought musicians and vocalists together from across the city for a night of improvisation and musical collaboration.

In the wake of Covid-19, Billa Joints returned to his hometown in Canada searching for new opportunities. Through a series of chance encounters, he connected with renowned producer T-Minus (Drake, Kendrick Lamar, J. Cole) who offered him a publishing deal. Upon signing the deal, he moved to Toronto in the fall of 2020 and has since worked with artists such as Bas, J Cole, Nelly Furtado, 24kGoldn, and Lil Nas X.
